For Mexico's Comision Reguladora de Energía (Energy Regulation Commission), I designed this flash animation for a special conference called the VII Reunion de la Asociación Iberamericana de Entidades Reguladoras se Energía (VII Reunion of the Latin American Association of Energy Regulation). The animation was presented as a visual backdrop and played inbetween speakers at the conference.
